Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I'm so frustrated, and confused!!!!!!!!!!!! People don't really know how hard it is to answer the question that I must answer. " who do you want to live with?" People don't really know how hard that question is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truth be told I don't really know either, I love them both so much and neither place will be better then one another, but one will be hurt in the end!!!! I don't want to answer that question I really truly don't, but I have to!! I just want to run away from both and start a new life away from my parents. Its not that I don't love them but its because I don't want to hurt them. WHAT DO I DO? I CRY OUT BUT I GET NO RESPONSE I FEEL SO LOST!! Why cant I just run away and start all new and clean! I truly don't know what to do!

  • hey, don't cry. all you need to do is trust. i know that sounds dumb, but crying is not going to work. trust God, and things will work.

  • I think I know what you're going through. When I was 14 my folks divorced and I had to make a decision as to which parent I would live with after the divorce was complete. It was a tough decision, probably the toughest decision of my life. Running away isn't going to fix things; it will just make the problem even bigger. My recommendation is to be strong. The response regarding your faith is also a very positive recommendation. In other words look to God for your strength.

The good news is that eventually things will get better. Today, 14 years since the divorce, my parents love me as much as they loved me then. Nothing will ever break that bond. Know matter who you choose they will love you regardless. And by the way, there may be the option of joint custody, when both parents share custody.

Study hard. Keep writing and reading. Law school is very difficult. But first you need to get out of High school and then College. You seem smart and I have no doubt that you'll make a great lawyer some day. Best of luck!

  • I know your dicision is tough and though I have never been in a situation you told me no situation is not that bad. Every situation must be delt with whether little or big. Look at your priorities Gen. Is God first? If you go will it enhance or break your relationship with him. Be encourage though, whatever choice you make I'll always be here and even more He'll always be there. I'm your friend Gen I've learned a lot from you. If you seriously are having a bad time and feel just nasty and can't stand it. I've got a big room and a large house that is always open to you. I'm serious I'll ride my bike at three in the morning to your house if you really need help and you can always come here uninvited the door is always unlocked to you. If we had extra renting space I'd encourage you to stay and rent a while away from your family. But my room may not be that cozy but as I said before your welcome to it anytime. And call for prayer I'm always there. I love you Gen!
